DHAKA, March 15 (Xinhua) -- With all the national flags at government offices and foreign missions down at half-mast, Bangladesh is mourning on Thursday the victims of the US-Bangla Airlines plane that crashed in Nepal.
The Bangladesh cabinet declared a one-day mourning on Thursdsy for the victims of the tragedy.
Green and red national flags flew at half-mast alongside black flags over all government offices.
Prayers were held as Dhaka observed the day of mourning for the victims.
At least 51 people were killed as the aircraft, with 71 people onboard including 32 Bangladeshis, crashed and burst into flames while landing at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu on Monday.
