This aerial photo taken on July 26, 2018 shows two circulative water-cooling towers which are part of the utilities system within a printing and dyeing industrial zone in Shaoxing, east China's Zhejiang Province. Starting from 2010, the printing and dyeing factories scattered around Keqiao District of Shaoxing have gone through a three-phase restructuring scheme, which managed to gather them in a dedicated industrial zone equipped with eco-friendly utilities and waste disposal facilities. In 2017, the total product value of the industry saw a year-on-year growth of 20. 3 percent, while production of printed textiles grew by 12 percent. (Xinhua/Weng Xinyang)
