LONDON, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) -- British stocks decreased on Thursday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index down by 0.62 percent, or 47.18 points, to close at 7,516.03 points.
Ocado Group, an online grocery retailer, soared 1.69 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips. United Utilities Group and GVC Holdings increased by 1.29 percent and 0.91 percent, respectively.
