NEW YORK, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale jolted 154 km east of Nago, Japan, at 16:24:35 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 26.5641 degrees north latitude and 129.522 degrees east longitude.
