BEIJING, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- American adventure film "A Dog's Way Home" will hit Chinese screens on Jan. 18.
Based on a book by W. Bruce Cameron, the film follows a dog named Bella who embarks on a journey to get back home after being separated from her owners.
"It's a story about true love," said the director Charles Martin Smith. "Many people wonder what the world looks like through a dog's eyes. Maybe Bella will tell people the answer, as well as her views on her owner and nature."
Another story by Cameron, "A Dog's Purpose," premiered in China in March 2017.
