BERLIN, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich announced a partnership with the South Korean Football Association on Monday, after having made a deal with the Japanese Football Association in May last year.

"South Korea has great talent in youth football and is characterized by a very good youth program. Last but not least, we see this in Jeong Woo Yeong, who came to us from South Korea a year ago and is developing magnificently," Bayern chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said in a statement.

The collaboration offers program for players and coaches and also includes friendly matches between youth teams, exchange opportunities and training camps.

Bayern already have five football schools in Thailand, Japan and China.
