PARIS, April 17 (Xinhua) -- Roland Garros organizers Wednesday announced the list for the men's and women's singles main draw of the 2019 edition.
Headlined by top-ranked players Novak Djokovic and Naomi Osaka, the list features five Chinese women's players, namely Wang Qiang, Zhang Shuai, Zheng Saisai, Wang Yafan and Zhu Lin for the main draw to run from May 26 to June 9.
104 players entered directly into men's singles main draw, including four possessing a protected ranking. The rest of 128 places in the main draw will be filled by 16 qualifiers and 8 wildcards.
For women's part, 108 players have got the nod directly into the main draw. The rest of main draw places will be filled by 12 qualifiers and 8 wildcards.
