BEIJING, April 25 (Xinhua) -- China and Russia will hold their third joint anti-missile drill based on computer simulations in Russia this year, a spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense said Thursday.
The two sides had the first round of discussion between April 15 and 19 concerning time, plan, joint training and others, according to ministry spokesperson Ren Guoqiang.
The drill reflects high-level military-to-military pragmatic cooperation between China and Russia, which is conducive to enhancing China-Russia strategic mutual trust as well as safeguarding China-Russia security interests and the international strategic balance, he added.
