U.S.-China innovation conference serves as platform to strengthen relations: expert

The direct relationship between cities is important to Austin, a diverse city, Adler told Xinhua on the sidelines of the fourth U.S.-China Innovation and Investment Summit, which kicked off Thursday in Houston.
