VIENNA, June 12 (Xinhua) -- The China Manned Space Agency (CMSA) and the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) will invite a second batch of scientific experiment proposals aboard China Space Station at an appropriate time, a Chinese official said here.
The two bodies called for the first batch of international experiment proposals last year and announced the results in Vienna on Wednesday, with nine proposals accepted, six of them fully and three conditionally.
Hao Chun, Director General of the CMSA, said the agency will support the nine selected experiments, and in the meantime work closely with UNOOSA to prepare and later publish the second "announcement of opportunity" asking for experiment proposals.
